Vision:-

1. Naziria Naymia Mahmudia Fazil Madrasha’s Vision is  “To ensure proper education for the people where Every Students Matter’’ under Islamic Law By Following The Holy Quran sharif and The Holy Hadtith Sharif .
2. As ISA Two times awarded and Digital innovative school, Microsoft Mentor School,  Microsoft Show case School Awarded  First Madrasha in Bangladesh Naziria Naymia Mahmudia Fazil Madrasha sets trends in technology-based education. The Madrasha’s services are designed to benefit people and improve the quality of life through implementing 06 Core skills, SDG in the Curriculum and  21^st century learning design
3. The Madrasha is committed to follow the principles of 06 Core skills, Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) to fit in its curriculum and acts as a socially- ethically responsible organization to contribute to the Community for preparing Students become 21st century citizens. 
4. The Madrasha focus on Islamic Law, The Holy Quran Sharif, The Holy Hadith Sharif to make students successful in everywhere both DUNIA and AKHIRAT under global perspectives and opportunities through collaboration transforming education sector in Bangladesh. Enthusiastic relation with Local and  International Partners

Mission :-

1. The First Mission of Naziria Naymia Mahmudia Fazil Madrasha to Keep all Students  under Islamic Law By Following The Holy Quran sharif and The Holy Hadtith Sharif .
2. Skills for employability interwoven in the project makeup – e.g. discussion, presentation and evaluation skills will be developed, and students taking ownership of the various technology based activities throughout the year. It will give them some responsibility for project management
3.  06 Core skills, Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) (SDG)  will be enhanced and  developed in all our curriculum,  lessons, Teaching and learning Practice.
4. To introduce international   standard ICT based education in the Madrasha .
5. We will try to enable the young learners to be engaged with ICT based core skill Practice  throughout curriculum and global issues and explore the links between their own lives and people, places and issues in the world for ensuring SDG around the Madrasha and its catchment area.
6. The learners will get the opportunities to be engaged in transforming their curriculum to the ICT based Learning, Critical thinking, Problem solving, Positive attitude, boost with Collaborative Activities    
7. The Teachers - Educators will promote innovative teaching learning method. Students will be made aware of the international events and global awareness using  Microsoft  tools such as Bing, Skype, hotmail, MS office Management, Nokia Mobile device will be used in Classrooms Practice
8.  Students will be encouraged to appreciate and respect the opinions and to be aware about  their Health issues so that Quality education can be year round  successful in the Madrasha 
9. Exchange of curriculum – based work across a range of subjects will be done with the Partner Schools through hotmail , Online Media etc
10. This will help to reinforce the concept of Madrashas’ Partnership and promote the concept.
11. Evaluation from variety of sources will improve in our ISA based activities. With International Partners Schools and Local Schools as well. For the ISA project the information Data will be collected from other respective countries 

Objectives:-

1.   Y Our communities will grow through involvement in these activities by    learning about each other Schools through common interests

2.  Our  Madrasha  agendas of developing literacy and 06 core   skills will be supported by these activities as our learners will be communicating for a purpose and with a real audience in our  partner countries
